Register79 is designed to help schools and performing arts organisations manage class registers, student attendance, and scheduling. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting personal data stored in the App.

  • Class details (e.g., subject, teacher, schedule)

  • Attendance records

  • Optional notes entered by users

We do not collect sensitive information (e.g., financial data, passwords, health data).

  • All information is stored locally on your device.

  • We do not operate external servers and do not automatically transfer your data to us or any third party.

  • If you choose to back up your device using iCloud or another backup service, your data will be included in that backup under the policies of Apple or the chosen provider.

 

How Information Is Used

  • To allow teachers and administrators to record attendance.

  • To help manage class lists, schedules, and student registers.

  • For exporting registers or reports if you choose to do so (e.g., PDF or email export).

 

We do not sell, share, or monetise your information.

Data Sharing

  • The App does not share your data with third parties.

  • If you export or share data (e.g., via PDF or email), you are responsible for where that data is sent.

Your Rights

As the data is stored locally on your device, you are in full control. You may:

  • Edit or delete any data directly in the App.

  • Delete the App to remove all stored data.

  • Manage backups in iCloud or your device’s storage settings.

Children’s Privacy

Register79 may be used to store data about students under 13, but the App does not collect data directly from children. Only teachers, administrators, or guardians should input student information.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The latest version will always be available within the App and on our website.
